Seven years after our first European odyssey, we are heading off again. This time, it will be myself, Ian and Clare. The boys are staying behind. Ronan says he wants his next trip to Europe to be with his friends and Ciaran wants to tackle living independently for a short while (albeit with plenty of support).
Having been unable to travel during the pandemic, we are super excited to have the chance to go to Europe again. Aside from a week in Ireland, all our destinations are new to us. They have been on our bucket list for some time and we feel very lucky to have the chance to see them.
As usual, I have organised the trip within an inch of its life. Our bags are packed, the passports are out and we are good to go.
